I needed to find a rental quickly and Steven was the first person who came to mind. He took all of what I was looking for, had rental options sent to me that evening, and showings lined up by the end of the week. He is extremely responsive, professional, and knows what he's doing. Steve did an excellent job providing directions on how to handle the sale of my grandmother's condo and then driving traffic to view it. After a minor setback due to the initial buyer's lender, Steve stuck with it and quickly delivered a new offer for the condo which was accepted. I would definitely work with Steve again in the future.
